Our client: A growing FMCG company renowned for is popular brands is actively seeking a highly experience Van Sales Manager to be based in UAE.
Your Role: As a Van Sales Manager, you will be responsible in managing the sales operation of the sales team. Plan and analyze sales performance data, route execution and adherence to journey plans. Develop efficient route plans for van sales representatives, optimizing coverage and timely product delivery. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify business opportunities. Monitor sales performance against targets and generate regular reports for senior management. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
Must-Have: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within FMCG industry. Must have a proven track record of increasing sales volume, should have managed distributor teams, and must be enthusiastic and open to learning. Effective verbal and written communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.
