Your role : you would be responsible for managing the traditional trade channel. Establishing and enhancing the relationship across the channel you would have strong understanding of the consumer behaviour and market trends. Your expertise in forging strong relationships, analyzing market dynamics, and leading high-performance teams will be instrumental in propelling the marketshare for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker, a natural influencer, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Cultivate authentic and enduring partnerships with a diverse network of general trade retailers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and collaborator. Must have : Graduate with preferably an MBA. A proven track record of disrupting and redefining traditional trade management within the consumer goods industry. A data-driven mindset, skillfully translating complex analytics into actionable insights and leveraging them to make informed business decisions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to captivate audiences and convey ideas with clarity and impact. A minimum of 8 + years of experience.
