Your Role: If you are that needle in a stack of needles that is extremely detail oriented and strategic in your way of working, this is the right opportunity for you. You need to be a leader that loves ideation to implementation from a recruitment point of view. This role will lead the talent acquisition strategy for the entire Middle East region with a team of extremely adept managers and executives to ensure that the firm’s manpower requirements are met with from the associate level to the partner level.
Must Haves: The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a multinational organization or a leading international professional services firm. They should have a track record of successfully building and executing talent acquisition strategies across all levels, from entry-level positions to executive roles. Strong leadership qualities are essential, including the ability to build, coach, and elevate a recruiting team. The candidate should have a strategic mindset and the ability to think beyond the tactical aspects of recruiting. Experience in developing and retaining a team, while ensuring a balance of delegation and autonomy, is important. Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills are required to foster a collaborative environment and inspire creativity. The candidate should possess logical thinking and a structured approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Sound business acumen, analytical skills, and operational literacy are also desired qualities for this role.
