Our client: A renowned conglomerate with diversified business units is looking to hire a Sr. Talent Management Specialist to join in their Jeddah head office.
Your role: You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that align with the organization’s objectives. You will identify talent within the organization both local and international. You will also develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure that the organization has a pipeline of talent ready to step into key roles. Practice the common principles of talent management including employment/on-boarding, classification and compensation, recruitment, labor relations, learning & development and employee benefits. Identify future hiring needs and develop job description and job posting. Ensure the new joiners receive a proper on-boarding. Establish a relationship with all the business units and hold regular meetings to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs as well as to discuss all related issues.
Must haves: A Saudi National with Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, MBA, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR would be a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in HR/Talent Management or Employee engagement. Experience in local and international hiring/recruitment is a must. Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Arabic. Strong knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices. Experience in managing the vendors and negotiating with the contracts. Knowledge with the HR system such as ATS and other professional job board/platform.
