Our client: On behalf of our client, a leading construction company in KSA is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Your role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligning with the company’s goals. Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Keep up-to-date with market trends and recruiting best practices.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across all levels. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must have strong presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint and Data Analysis. Must be willing to relocate to Jeddah and Makkah. Due to localization, this role requires a Saudi National.
