Our client: A well-known FMCG manufacturing company is looking to bring on board a qualified and competent Shopper Marketing Manager.
Your role: The role entails strengthening the in-store presence, enhancing customer value through the utilization of trade marketing dynamics, and formulating strategies grounded in consumer and shopper research. Ideally, you should possess a background in sales and currently occupy a position driven by insights into consumer behavior and shopping habits. Your primary objective will be to create impactful solutions and assume full responsibility for advancing and optimizing customer value. You will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of solutions aimed at augmenting presence, establishing channel strategies and plans, as well as spearheading the development and execution of new product development initiatives. Additionally, your role will involve a strong emphasis on cultivating expertise in key product categories and sharing this knowledge with customers to foster enduring partnerships and drive profitability and sales growth.
Must have: We are looking for Trade Marketing/Brand Activation experts within the Saudi Market with a minimum of 8 years of experience within a multinational fmcg setup. Strong market knowledge with subsequent success stories of developing category strategy & delivering excellence in execution and performance.
Talented with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and ability to overcome ambiguity, assertiveness, and out of the box thinking would give you the edge. Experience working within a corporate structure involving both internal and supplier relationships. Ability to work on multiple projects whilst delivering on challenging deadlines and budgets.
