Our client: A well-established group with diversified businesses is looking to hire a Sales Manager to handle the commercial vehicle division.
Your role: You will initiate and drive sales strategy to achieve the business plan and develop sales volume for commercial vehicle products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels. Streamline and strengthen the key account network. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting targets and monitoring their performance. Develop appropriate training plans to effectively enhance their selling skills. Manage internal relationships as well as build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork across all functions. Ensure trade investment is utilized; monitor budgets and ensure financial control on expenditure.
Must haves: Bachelors Degree with 5 years’ of relevant experience preferably with wide exposure to a commercial vehicle within the KSA market. Sharp selling skills and strong sales management experience in B2B industries. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic. Passion for results.
