Our Client:A food manufacturing company in Dubai operating in the confectionary space.
Your Role: We are searching for young, entrepreneurial sales and marketing professionals who have experience in the consumer goods industry. Your primary responsibility would be to oversee the existing distributors in the UAE and some parts of the GCC region, ensuring that the market is adequately supplied and monitoring sales performance. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a solid understanding of core business processes such as sales management, distributor management, inventory management, and daily monitoring of the distributor’s performance against defined KPIs.
Must Haves:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the F&B or confectionery food industry, and a proven track record of effectively managing distributors in the UAE & ME region. Please note that this role is only available to female candidates. The successful candidate should be proficient in core business processes such as sales management, distributor management, inventory management, and daily monitoring of the distributor’s performance against defined KPIs.
