Our client: a prominent organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth.

Your role: As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your extensive experience in direct distribution models and team leadership to set the strategic direction, maintaining a competitive edge for the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share. Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively to address challenges and deliver cohesive solutions. Distribution Optimization: Streamline and scale current operations for weighted and numeric distribution growth. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and align teams for successful execution. Market Insights: Stay informed of market trends, consumer research, and economic developments. Go-to-Market Excellence: Utilize best practices in organized trade and direct store delivery to optimize sales. Commercial Alignment: Identify commercial opportunities and align proposals for Board recommendations. Operational Leadership: provide strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth.

Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams and business support functions. Financial Accountability: Own the P&L and drive top and bottom-line growth.

Experience: A minimum of 15+ years in senior management positions, including prior roles as SMD, Sales Director or Commercial Director.

Distribution Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing large sales and distribution operations. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for sustainable growth and an entrepreneurial flair. Communication Skills: Superior presentation and influencing skills,

Saudi Arabia Experience: Current or prior experience in Saudi Arabia, fluency in Arabic and English. Visionary Leadership: Contagious enthusiasm, ambition, and the ability to inspire and empower teams. Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding with the ability to analyze balance sheets and P&L statements..
