Our client: A significant player in the food industry, aiming for robust growth, is in search of an experienced commercial finance professional to establish Revenue Growth Management (RGM) as a fundamental discipline.
Your role: Concentrate on propelling and optimizing revenue growth for the business. Implement processes and spearhead new initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability. Delve into pricing optimization, trade spending, customer segmentation, and category mix management. Beyond overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data, this position emphasizes aligning short-term strategies with long-term growth objectives. The Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in steering strategic and sustainable growth for the organization. Take charge of deploying and integrating RGM across the organization. Oversee the daily operations of the Revenue Growth Management team, ensuring adherence to established policies, processes, and procedures. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices. Consider international best practices for enhancing business processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
Must-have: Possess 10+ years of substantial experience in commercial finance, demonstrating a specific track record of driving the RGM agenda. Industry relevance is imperative; experience in the consumer goods/food industry is a prerequisite. Strong analytical skills are essential for success, as is the ability to manage stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and present a compelling case to senior leadership.
