Our Client: A well-established FMCG company in the region with extensive growth plans is looking to hire Regional Sales Manager.
Your Role: Are you a self-driven, passionate, and results-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and achieving exceptional sales growth across all channels within the region. Your leadership and strategic abilities will be at the heart of success as you collaborate with stakeholders to shape and execute regional strategy. Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your sales team, ensuring these metrics align with our agreed-upon sales targets, shelf off-take objectives, and market share goals. Your ability to deliver sales growth, develop and execute strategy, expand key accounts, and enhance the brand presence will be instrumental in the continued success of the business. Play an integral role in all aspects of brand marketing, from strategic planning to seamless execution. Your efforts will ensure that the brand maintains a strong presence in terms of availability and visibility, in close collaboration with the dedicated merchandising team.
Must Have: MBA or Bachelors degree level with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience. A proven track record of self-driven success, ideally within an FMCG industry.
