Our client: An FMCG beverage company in the region.
Your role: Are you a sales superstar looking for your next big challenge? Do you have the drive, charisma, and determination to lead a team of sales professionals to greatness? If so, our client wants you to be their Regional Sales Manager! As the leader of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Western region. You will be managing the Traditional Trade but more than that, you’ll be a shining beacon of sales excellence, inspiring your team to achieve greatness and taking the company to new heights. You’ll create and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, analyze sales data like a ninja, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the sales strategies are not only effective but also hilarious.
Must haves: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related. 15-20 years of sales experience with a proven track record of crushing it. A passion for Sales and the ability to inspire & lead a team of sales professionals to greatness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Strong background in Traditional Trade and managing a pre-sale, and direct distribution team.
