Your Role: is pivotal in overseeing and managing the insurance portfolio across multiple geographies. You are a “guru” in the asset management and claims arena. Have provided strategic and effective leadership. KPIs would cover- Develop and implement the regional strategy aligned with business objectives. Could you proactively identify the opportunities for asset protection? Significantly improve the claims management processes. Ensure adequate cover is in place, and relevant departments assess and mitigate risks related to asset management. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential insurance risks and develop and deploy risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with vendors and other external parties to negotiate favourable terms: policy scrutiny and stakeholder engagement and reporting. Manage regional insurance programs related to assets, business interruption and liability. You need holistic experience in property, transportation, liability, business interruption, and marine assets.
Must Haves: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 12+ years of quality experience.
Extensive experience in insurance, with a strong focus on asset management and claims.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) are a plus.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, risk assessment, and claims management.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analytics.
