Our client: A leading retail organisation in GCC is looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible of managing the day-to-day execution of the company’s E-commerce Operations.

The role: The Operations Manager holds the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company’s E-Commerce Operations, encompassing operations management, monitoring picking rates, marshalling, and dispatch. Their role involves motivating and leading the team to enhance efficiency and align their efforts with organizational objectives. Additionally, they are tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, product quality, and order fulfilment. This entails coordinating with the store and implementing measures to align P&L with the budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing e-commerce fulfilment centres, managing 3P delivery providers, monitoring dark store arrangements and stock levels, coordinating various teams, improving production KPIs, and adhering to company policies. Furthermore, the Operations Manager plays a vital role in problem-solving logistics and operational challenges, maintaining effective customer service functions, and optimizing operational costs. They also oversee human capital responsibilities, ensuring performance management, talent development, and training needs, while monitoring budget compliance and contributing to the budget development process. The manager’s financial responsibilities encompass budget monitoring, financial report review, and the implementation of measures for cost reduction.

Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration. 5 to 8 years of professional work experience working in logistics and supply chain. E-commerce Fulfilment and Last Mile Experience. Retail experience is a plus. English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
