Our client: A renowned conglomerate with diversified business units is looking to hire a Mining Product Manager to join in Jeddah.
Your Role: Will be responsible for overseeing the mining business unit, primarily focusing on construction vehicles. Accountable and entails managing the complete mining business with full profit and loss accountability. Develop and execute a comprehensive mining strategy encompassing prime product sales and marketing, product support development, service support, capacity building, and technology adoption at mine sites. Engage in business development activities, fostering relationships with international mining operators and local Saudi Arabian mining contractors. Enhance the existing mining support team to provide customized solutions for individual mining customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and high level of quality communication with external & internal stakeholders.
Must Have: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a dealership environment, preferably with experience in construction vehicles. Strong people management skills, including customer engagement. Exceptional attention to detail and a mindset that prioritizes quality communication with all stakeholders.
