Your mission is to craft a compelling brand story and drive market success through strategic branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the startup’s vision and objectives.
- Brand Identity: Create and maintain a distinctive brand identity, including logos, visuals, and messaging.
- Consumer Engagement: Develop and implement consumer engagement programs to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Product Positioning: Define and refine product positioning strategies to maximize market share.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and compelling brand content.
- Advertising and Promotion: Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in brand building, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Startup Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving brand success in a startup environment.
- Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and strategically to create a unique brand identity.
- Market Insight: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
