Our Client: is a leading company in the consumer durable industry, operating in the Middle East market with a strong presence in the UAE and KSA. They are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Manager join their team to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and product success.
The role: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategies and ensuring their effective execution. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing management, brand development, competitor analysis, and digital marketing. Design comprehensive marketing plans for each brand and ensure timely and effective execution. Assess the performance of individual SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and implement measures to drive growth. Analyze brand performance on a market-specific basis and take actions to achieve growth targets. Continuously monitor competitors’ activities and recommend countermeasures to maintain competitiveness. Present business plans for the introduction of new products and product lines. Collaborate with the Production department to develop new products that align with market demands. Organize training programs for Sales Executives and Dealer Salesmen to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team. Take ownership of all Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities for the company. Liaise with the Agency to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing campaigns. Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, and other online initiatives. Drive the company’s online presence and visibility. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the image of the company’s brands through various actions and activities. Collaborate closely with the Sales department to launch new products successfully. Work closely with contractors to ensure showrooms meet brand standards and provide an inviting customer experience. Keep the Management informed of market developments on a regular basis. Prepare and submit monthly reports by the 5th of every month, detailing activities, contributions, and pending actions. Develop and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the latest details and changes. Adhere to the company’s policies and standards. Be responsible for special assignments as required by the Management.
Must-haves: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role within a Consumer Durable Company. Your track record should reflect your ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and product success. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO and Google Ads, will be crucial in enhancing the company’s online presence and reach. A strategic mindset is crucial, allowing you to design comprehensive marketing plans and assess the performance of SKUs and brands effectively. You should possess the ability to analyze market data and initiate actions to achieve growth targets.
