Our client: This is a renowned Diamond jewellery brand.
Your role: Open New Key Accounts. Improve the existing Key Accounts position and achieve financial growth by reaching targeted sales. Expertly align with the customer on the yearly product mix, and new product introduction as per the market requirements. Competently maintain the operational excellence when dealing with distributors in terms of contracts management, KYC, Business review, stock & sales management, payments management. Provide a cohesive flow of market intelligence from the market on competitor activities and pricing, market shares and trends, benchmarking reports, distribution coverage and visibility. Positively lead and contribute to Quality Improvement of the operational processes. Successfully ensure sales targets per specified accounts are achieved.
Must haves: Bachelor’s degree. Experience of a minimum 3 years of Sales management/ Key Account Management experience in consumer GOLD/Appliances/FMCG industry. Good command of Microsoft office. Knowledge of local traditional trade market is a plus. Candidate should be based in Dubai and should be open to travel frequently to all the Emirates.
