Our Client: A regional player in the FMCG industry is looking to hire a Key Account Manager for their office in Dubai.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our current system by strategically contributing your expertise. Your extensive experience in the effective management of key accounts will not only be applied but also employed to reevaluate the entire scope of work in response to the dynamic business environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the cultivation of robust relationships across various levels within key accounts, performance evaluation, and the presentation of mutually advantageous value propositions. You will directly report to the National Sales Head and take the lead in negotiating with key accounts. Your guidance will draw upon the organization’s global best practices to provide recommendations tailored to the evolving market requirements and assume responsibility for maximizing return on investment. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of Key Account Management practices at specific national accounts and ensure that customers adhere to annual agreements.
Must Have: A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of applied experience in managing Key Accounts within the UAE market. You should be a driven, tenacious individual who has a proven track record in the consumer goods industry. You should possess a strong foundation in leadership qualities, as this is essential for your growth. Excellent communicator, negotiator and passionate about sales.
