Job Description

Our Client: A well-known presence in the luxury property development sector, with forthcoming large-scale projects on the horizon in the MENA Region.

Your Role: We are currently in search of an experienced Business Development Manager/Investment Manager specializing in Real Estate Funds and Private Equity. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing new business prospects within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an extensive network, and a dedicated work ethic. They will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s projects, focusing primarily on the Funds and Private Equity sector, collaborating with private equity firms, institutional investors, asset managers, and GCC Sovereign Wealth funds operating internationally. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships, supporting various departments, contributing to the company’s growth strategy, participating in industry events, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales to generate proposals and materials for potential clients. The goal is to lead, manage, and successfully close the full sales cycle, with a focus on long-term revenue growth in the region.

Must Haves: The ideal candidate should have over a decade of business development, real estate investments, or sales experience, with a focus on real estate for at least 5 years. They should excel in securing substantial funding and have a deep understanding of the Middle East corporate and private equity landscape, including GCC Sovereign Wealth Funds. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in building and managing partnerships, consistently exceeding sales targets, and have proficiency in MS Office (Salesforce.com experience is a plus). The incumbent should have an entrepreneurial mindset, a dynamic work style, and a solid MENA Region network, along with expertise in funds/capital raising and real estate.

Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels. Exceptional results can only be delivered when we understand both our key stakeholders clients and candidates. Keeping this in mind we would request that when applying for a role do take cognizance of the “must haves” to avoid disappointment. Sometimes positions take time to close and there could be delay in us responding to you but as a thumb rule if you do not hear from us in 7-8 working days post applying for the role then the resume has not been shortlisted and would be kept on the database for other roles. Look forward to a long term relationship…Mindfield…making a difference
