Job Description
Your role: Provide leadership for the HR and OD team to ensure a modern and dynamic HR service is delivered across the organization. Work with the HR Team, senior managers and staff members to develop line management capability. Lead or support on joint programs of work with business planning processes, providing HR input and advice on specialist HR issues as required including the HR implications of new ways/models of providing services. Pro-actively engage in relationship-building with key stakeholders including the Board, Executive Team and Directors, Senior Managers and Line Managers. Develop a positive employee relations environment, in its broadest context, with effective communications and genuine business partnering. Create and enhance a performance culture through improving management capability, facilitating stretching goals and honest feedback, recognition of success and ensuring the right organization structures are in place. Contribute to and deliver longer-term improvement projects in areas and embed new acquisitions.
Must haves: As an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience you will have the ability to present a coherent vision for culture and people operations, and communicate this to all levels of the organization, therefore, outstanding communication skills are crucial. You will be highly dynamic and enthusiastic with demonstrable experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development. You will have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills and a good understanding of the challenges presented by working within a high growth company. Ideally, you will be degree qualified and hold a relevant HR qualification. You will have prior experience in transforming the HR Function taking it from the traditional way to integrating it into the business.
