Our client: Our client is seeking a strategic, innovative, and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive our culture initiatives. The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Additionally, the Human Resources Director will drive change and support the business.
Your role: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization’s goals and values. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce. Implement and manage effective performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and coaching. Drive the Transformation Program. Design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans. Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring that we have effective communication channels and policies in place to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Support initiatives to develop employees’ understanding and acceptance of impacts on specific job roles, policies, technology impacts and business practices. Develop and manage benefits administration programs, including health, wellness, and retirement benefits. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR. Lead the development and execution of our culture strategy, including initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, and inclusion. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, regularly evaluating and refining our HR and culture programs.
Must haves: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience developing and executing HR and culture strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
