Our client: This is a renowned Diamond jewellery brand.
Your role: Partner with the senior leaders to align the HR strategy based on the business goals. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Provides support to stakeholders on a variety of actions including employee engagement, policy implementation, talent development, and organizational development. Actively participates in annual budget planning and/or forecasting processes with business partners. Evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs. Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrolment; etc.
Must haves: Experience from 2 to 4 years within the same industry. Having experience within jewellery entities ( Diamond & Gold ) is a plus. Must be a Dubai Resident. Excellent command of English. Excellent user of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws & governmental regulations.
