Position: HR Business Partner
Your Role: The HR Business Partner will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture building, and well-being initiatives, with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws. This role will be critical in fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance on employee relations to maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce. Additionally, the HRBP will drive performance management, support change management processes, and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Implement programs for a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Drive employee development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead wellness and employee well-being programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support managers with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 6+ years of HRBP experience in financial services or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment, culture development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
