On behalf of our client who has a significant regional presence we are looking for a seasoned talent development professional (aka Jedi Master of Professional Growth)
We seek a Jedi Master of Professional Growth to lead in developing and establishing a centre of excellence for the organization.

Your Role:
Develop and implement talent development programs to nurture the skills and abilities of our team members.
Work with managers and employees to identify training needs and design customized learning experiences.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them reach their full potential.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions that inspire and motivate team members to learn and grow.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent development and share your Jedi knowledge with the team.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout the organization.
Must-have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
A Jedi-level of patience, determination, and persistence to help team members achieve their goals.
