Our Client: A leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Head of Sourcing and Food development (Chef) based in Jeddah, KSA.
Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sourcing and food development team. As the Head of Sourcing and Food Development, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, Tasting, and Trying a new recipe in line with food trends and developing high-quality food products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of sourcing strategies and the development of new food products. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and select high-quality food products that meet the needs of our customers. Monitor market trends and conduct research to stay up to date on industry developments and emerging food trends.
Must-Have: Desired Qualifications Food Science or Culinary Arts degree with 8+ years of Culinary Development experience including supervisory experience. Strong Food Science Skills. Strong knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that meet business needs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
