Our client-A consumer durables company in Saudi is looking for a Head of IT Products, Applications and Operations
Your role– The Head of IT Products and Applications is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing IT products, applications, and ERP systems within the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT product management and application development, including ERP. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, product management, application development, team management, resource allocation, technology stack management, quality assurance, vendor collaboration, compliance, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring. Qualifications include a degree in a related field, extensive IT and ERP experience, strong knowledge of industry trends, exceptional communication skills, project management expertise, and relevant certifications.
Must Haves:The ideal candidate for the position should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should possess a minimum of a decade of experience in IT product management, application development, and IT leadership, with a particular focus on ERP systems. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing complex projects within the IT and ERP domains. A comprehensive understanding of IT and ERP trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices is essential. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, are expected. Experience in project management and budget control is a definite advantage, and possessing relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile would be a valuable asset
