Your Role: As the General Manager of the Animal Feed and Nutrition business, your role will encompass comprehensive oversight of all divisional operations, including business growth initiatives and financial profitability. Leading a committed team, you will be instrumental in formulating strategic plans and cultivating vital partnerships with industry stakeholders. Your contribution will play a pivotal role in actualizing the company’s vision and goals within the animal feed and nutrition market.
Additionally, this position will entail full P&L responsibility and develop and execute the division’s short-term and long-term strategies in alignment with the company’s overall goals. Drive business growth by identifying market trends, exploring new opportunities, and expanding the product portfolio. Moreover, Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, suppliers, and partners to drive collaboration and business development.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company stays abreast of the latest research and development in animal nutrition and incorporates it into its products. We are looking for a strong leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
Must Haves: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field. At least 12 years of experience in the animal feed or animal nutrition industry. Strong leadership and people management skills.
