Our Client: A prominent player in the FMCG industry, seeking an innovative leader with a strong track record in driving transformation and achieving substantial growth. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the board, setting strategic growth initiatives that foster a dynamic and meritocratic culture across, the business had a hiatus due to Covid and other factors and now that things are in flow, we need a seasoned leader.

Your Role: As a transformational leader, you will drive strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence across multiple geographies. You will own the P&L and growth agenda, developing and executing strategies that propel the business forward in both the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the board to define and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Business Development: Develop and scale business objectives, focusing on driving growth in volume, profit, and market share.
Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a multi-functional team, fostering collaboration and achieving P&L targets.
Market Expansion: Drive market expansion initiatives, leveraging experience in FMCG multinational environments.
Financial Stewardship: Own and manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in senior leadership roles within FMCG, including direct responsibility for driving growth in volume, profit, and market share.
Global Perspective: Experience in international markets, particularly in Egypt, with exposure to top-tier FMCG multinationals.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performance teams.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives and driving transformational change.
