Your Role : We are in search of a lion-hearted leader, a true trailblazer ready to inspire in Africa’s challenging market landscape. Based in Ghana, this pivotal role focuses on spearheading growth and expansion across African markets.
· Drive profitability and market share enhancement.
· Launch innovative product lines.
· Build and oversee a top-tier team.
· Ensure overall business vitality, including market share, sales value, volume, and profits.
· Craft and execute Business Plans, Financial Budgets, and Targets for the Business Unit.
· Expertise in market development and P&L management is vital.
Who Should Apply:
· Seasoned professionals with over 15+ years in the consumer goods industry (HPC)
· Proven track record in developing new markets, especially in Africa.
· Strong experience in sales, holistic market strategies and overseeing manufacturing facilities
· Capable of intuitive leadership and agile decision-making in dynamic market conditions.
· Experience in distributor selection, due diligence, and team development.
· Current residents of West Africa are highly preferred.
