Our client: A multi-national player in the Food and beverage industry is looking to hire a GCC Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Your Role: The GCC Sales Manager will be working closely with the distributors in the GCC region, enhancing distributor capability, taking proactive action in merging distributors, or doing the due diligence for new partnerships. Developing volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, Streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. Developing effective mechanisms to monitor the market and performance of sales. Identifying and visiting potential customers for new business, negotiating the terms of agreements, representing the business at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and product development.
Must-Have: 7 + years of rich Sales experience in an FMCG setup preferably from the dairy industry. Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture. With a specific focus on managing internal sales teams and distributors across GCC. Ability to identify and progress new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic speaker preferred.
