Our client: A well-known FMCG company in the region.

Your role: As a Food Service Channel Manager, your primary role will involve overseeing and enhancing sales growth within the food service industry. This includes both managing the current customer base and cultivating new accounts within the Food Service Channel. You will play a key role in shaping sales budget plans and guiding the supervision of your team, while also implementing essential policies, systems, processes, and procedures. Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring daily sales operations to ensure the smooth execution of tasks in alignment with established policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong customer relationships, leading negotiations, and discerning the specific requirements of the channel. By doing so, you’ll be able to develop strategic action plans that drive the company’s overall growth and success in the food service sector.

Must haves: The ideal candidate will infuse their passion and vast expertise in managing Food Service Channel. An impressive background of 4+ years navigating the complexities is a testament to your expertise. Must have proven ability to go beyond your sales targets, and strong interpersonal skills. Business Degree in Business or relevant field.
