Our Client: A leading provider of culinary and pastry ingredients in Saudi Arabia, renowned for delivering quality and innovation in the food industry, is looking to appoint an Export Manager.

Your Role: As an experienced Export Manager, you will oversee and drive export activities across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, a well-established network, and a proven track record in export management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with key accounts to manage brand positioning and market share.
  • Driving both short-term sales growth and long-term market expansion.
  • Utilizing insights into consumer behavior and market conditions to guide strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Regularly visiting key territories to assess market trends, competitive activities, and product performance.
  • Making strategic recommendations that drive business growth and capitalize on market potential.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in export management, specifically within the MENA market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to generate new business and consistently meet sales goals.
  • Proven ability to take strategic initiative and work with a high level of accountability.
  • Key attributes: self-starter, driven by results, and maintains high integrity in business dealings.
