Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the pivotal role of Senior Talent Management Strategist for the Middle East and Africa region within our client’s esteemed international organization. This role is instrumental in crafting and executing talent management strategies that contribute to the growth and success of the organization. As the Senior Talent Management Strategist, you will collaborate with business leaders across the region, design and implement performance management and career development programs, and oversee various talent-related initiatives. Your efforts will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce for the future.


Partner with business leaders in the Middle East and Africa to develop and deploy effective talent management strategies.
Design and implement performance management systems, career development programs, coaching, feedback mechanisms, mentoring, and career planning initiatives.
Take a global perspective on mobility and talent allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs.
Lead headcount planning strategies to optimize workforce resources.
Create and deploy monthly dashboards for people analytics and leadership meetings.
Collaborate closely with the People Experience team to enhance the overall employee journey.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional and global teams.
Assume ownership of the talent strategy agenda and achievements, establishing the overarching strategic direction and driving its execution.
Foster an environment of innovation within the talent management domain.
What you bring to the table:

MBA with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience spanning various geographies and industry sectors.
Preferably have led large global transformation roles or at least covered a wide geography with a mix of developed and developing markets.
Additional qualifications in Organization Design would be a significant advantage.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems.
Proven experience in leading change management initiatives.
