Your Role: Director of Talent Acquisition based in Dubai, leading recruitment efforts. A skilled strategist and leader, specializing in refining and implementing effective hiring processes. Proficient in HR tools, adept at leveraging technology, and excels in stakeholder management to elevate the end-to-end candidate journey. Entrusted with crafting and executing a robust Talent Acquisition strategy for the company’s Retail sector, with a key emphasis on talent attraction, cultivation, and retention.
Must Haves: 16+ years of relevant business experience. Strong experience in analytics and working on finance projects. Experience in the relevant Sector (fmcg, retail, consumer goods), supermarket chain preferred. Arabic and English language is mandatory.
