Your Role: The role requires an “intrapreneurial mindset” coupled with experience in the advertising world. You would lead on operational strategy, aligned with the business objectives you guide the team towards optimum delivery. Partner with the finance team to ensure that the right budgets, target setting and revenue management are kept front and centre. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth. You are a tech aficionado and keep ahead of the latest emerging trends and devise innovative solutions. Identify opportunities for growth, address talent gaps and effectively manage stakeholder relations.
Must-Have: 12+ years of rich experience in the advertising industry both traditional and experiential agencies. Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture. You have led teams and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
