Your Role: Lead the Power Transmission Department by providing strategic guidance, overseeing overhead transmission projects at Extra High Voltage levels, managing end-to-end project execution, fostering a collaborative team culture, utilizing extensive technical expertise, ensuring compliance and safety, engaging with clients, efficiently managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, and contributing to business growth in the power transmission industry.
Must Haves: The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with advanced certifications or specialization in power transmission being advantageous. They must have extensive hands-on experience exceeding 15 years in power transmission and distribution, particularly focusing on overhead transmission at Extra High Voltage (EHV) levels. A proven track record of adeptly managing power transmission projects, showcasing leadership skills, and consistently delivering exceptional outcomes is crucial. In-depth expertise in power transmission technologies, EHV systems, and industry standards is essential. The candidate should demonstrate adeptness in leadership and team management to effectively lead cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal proficiencies are required to engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. A solid grasp of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation principles is necessary. The candidate must be results-oriented with a keen dedication to achieving project goals and ensuring client contentment. Moreover, they should possess strong problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to make critical decisions within intricate and time-sensitive scenarios.
