Your Role: To put it simply THINK PIVOT. you will be the architect of the market presence and the driving force behind strategic expansion. Your mission is to craft and execute a visionary marketing strategy that not only speaks to the target audience but also positions the organization as a frontrunner in the competitive consumer goods arena. Lead the development of a cutting-edge marketing and growth strategy that aligns with corporate goals and positions the brand for sustained success. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities and pathways for market expansion. Cultivate a high-caliber marketing team focused on performance, guiding them to deliver against key growth metrics. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring investments are strategically allocated and optimized for maximum impact and ROI. Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless strategy that bridges product development with market demand .Engage with key stakeholders to develop and maintain robust partnerships, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration. Evaluate campaign outcomes and strategic initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to fuel continuous growth. Lead the conversation around brand and product innovation, embracing new marketing techniques and digital tools to stay ahead of the curve. Communicate strategy and results effectively to executive leadership, providing transparent reporting on progress and market positioning. Identify growth hacks and scalable growth strategies. Accountable for broader metrics like overall revenue growth, market share expansion, and the sustainable scaling of business operations.

Must haves: MBA from a renowned institution. 18+ years of quality experience that spans geographies and a track record that showcases how you delivered on the broader metrics of revenue growth and expansion as well. Have delivered innovation lead agendas. Have led and mentored teams. Effectively handled a robust portfolio demonstrating direct involvement in successful growth strategies and marketing campaigns. Deep knowledge of modern marketing channels and strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce.
