Our Client : An internationally known name in the consumer goods industry.
Your role: As the business is on the growth mode, you would develop and deploy the IT strategy aligned to the strategic growth objectives. Manage and lead the IT operations team, including Network Administrators, System Administrators, and Database Administrators. Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, and VPNs. Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and compliance with regulations. Manage security risks, including the protection of data and systems against threats, and the implementation of appropriate security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of IT services. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the IT operations function. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for IT operations.
Must-haves: Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure solutions, including managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, and VPNs networks. Certifications in CISCO (CCNA, CCNP), ITIL, PMP, CISSP will be an added advantage.
