Your Role: We are searching for a highly skilled and dynamic Director of HR Operations to lead our Human Resources department with precision and enthusiasm. This pivotal role entails overseeing all facets of HR operations, ensuring seamless implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will display exceptional leadership, offering guidance to the HR team while fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
As the Director of HR Operations, you will develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs that drive our company’s strategic goals and objectives. Your leadership and support will empower the HR team to deliver outstanding services and programs. By collaborating closely with other business leaders, you will identify HR needs, develop innovative solutions, and implement them effectively. An unwavering commitment to compliance is essential in this role. You will ensure that all HR practices adhere to local and national laws and regulations, with a particular focus on Saudi Labor Law. Furthermore, you will take charge of developing and managing HR budgets, optimizing resources to achieve organizational excellence.
Must Haves: The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field. They should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the HR field, including at least five years in a leadership role. A comprehensive understanding of HR operations is required, encompassing employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and HR systems. Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations is essential. The candidate should be capable of working collaboratively with other business leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are crucial, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must possess extensive knowledge of managing employee medical insurance and be well-versed in handling day-to-day transactions such as onboarding, contract management, leaves, and overtime. The candidate must have led this HR function for at least 5 years. The role comes under the Saudization quota.
