Your role : Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term plans encompassing brand awareness, market share, distribution, P&L performance, and cash flow. Identify, strategize, and invest in the right product categories to foster profitable and sustainable business growth, grounded in consumer and category insights. Devise a forward-looking route to market strategy that aligns with brand objectives across all trade channels, ensuring optimal reach and visibility. Forge robust relationships with key distributors and cultivate impactful partnerships with external stakeholders, including government entities, key customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Must Have : A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong preference for FMCG expertise. Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market. Demonstrated success in managing top-tier customers, with established relationships and a track record of senior-level negotiations, and proven ability to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
