As the Chief People Officer, directly under the CEO, you will be the driving force behind establishing the people-first strategy. It’s your mission to seamlessly bridge the gap between the organization’s overarching objectives and the tangible goals set on the ground.
Your Role:

  • Craft a dynamic people strategy that aligns with our business goals and fosters a performance-driven culture.
  • Champion the integration of priorities across all departments, ensuring synchronicity.
  • Steer HR pillars with vision, from compensation and benefits to workforce planning and employee relations.
  • Take on a transformational mantle, infusing the culture with global best practices and innovative digital solutions.
  • Oversee pivotal HR processes like talent management, succession planning, and organizational development, ensuring they’re executed with precision.
  • Your advice will sculpt HR policies ranging from compensation to employee relations. With a keen eye on global HR benchmarks, you’ll infuse the culture with cutting-edge digital innovations, ensuring strategic execution of HR processes like Talent Management, Organization Design, and more.

Must have:

  • Bring along 15+ years of solid experience from organizations known for their HR practices.
  • Proven expertise in leading transformative projects and steering large teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, balancing varied priorities, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly outcomes
  • A keen eye for talent, matched by impeccable interpersonal and communication prowess.

Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Arabic. High preference for Saudi ladies for the role.
