Our client: with a strong presence in the GCC and home to world renowned names in the fashion industry.

Your role: As someone who is at the helm of the business, you need to set the strategic glidepath for the business to come back to pre covid numbers, and growth strategy and ensure that the right building blocks are in place for sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Managing Director and collaborate with their team to drive the company’s growth, acquire principals based on objectives, and grow the operational footprint. Set long-term and short-term goals and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company. Drive revenue growth, manage costs, and optimize profitability. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation for quality and style. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive business growth. Explore and enter new markets while maintaining a strong presence in existing ones. Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing executive leadership team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive company culture that encourages innovation and creativity. Cultivate strong relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events and maintain a positive public image.

Must Haves: Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a senior executive leadership role within the fashion industry. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial planning. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and lead a diverse team. Track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving targets. A visionary leader who can anticipate and adapt to industry changes. Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field (MBA preferred).
