Job Description
Your Role: On behalf of our client an eminent name in the construction/ EPC industry. We are looking for a seasoned professional with relevant industry experience to provide leadership and management of the department. Partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team, you would give the financial strategy, identify and address potential financial risks, and oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing. You will also be responsible for implementing processes and systems to improve financial performance and reviewing financial reports to determine methods to reduce costs.
Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operation of the company, including developing and implementing financial policies and a strategic plan. You will serve as a key point of contact for bankers, responsible for securing finance for construction projects of multiple projects. You will report to the executive board, keep them informed, and work with them to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Must-Have: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid ability to multitask, communicate quickly and clearly, and perform efficiently and cost-effectively. You should have at least 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with experience in the construction industry strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or finance is preferred.

You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for growth and improvement.
