Our client, a leading food industry organization, is seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of a transformational leader.
Your Role: As the organization progresses with its transformation process and accelerates growth, it requires a seasoned professional with a proven record of accomplishment in creating value for stakeholders, establishing an organization for sustained growth, and delivering results. To achieve these objectives, the CEO is expected to meet several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:
Revenue Growth: As the organization’s leader, the CEO is accountable for accelerating revenue growth. The CEO is responsible for developing and implementing a robust growth strategy, identifying new revenue streams, and exploring market opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Market Share Expansion: The CEO is accountable for expanding the organization’s market share in a highly competitive space. To achieve this, the CEO must develop and execute market penetration strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and foster brand loyalty to increase market share.
Cost Management: The CEO must monitor and manage costs effectively. The CEO must identify areas where costs can be reduced without affecting the quality of products or services, negotiate better deals with suppliers, and optimize the supply chain to maximize cost savings.
Efficiency and Productivity: The CEO is accountable for driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. The CEO must implement process improvements, identify automation opportunities, and optimize the use of technology to improve the organization’s operational efficiency and productivity.
The successful candidate must possess at least 5+ years of experience in general management and have reported to a Board. Cross-functional team management is also a crucial skill for this role. Moreover, the candidate must possess deep knowledge of the Saudi market and prior experience in the food manufacturing industry. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
