Our client: A renowned and well-respected family conglomerate in Saudi Arabia.
Your role: The role requires the prospective candidate to be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of all business operations. You will oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the company, as well as identify and pursue opportunities for growth and improvement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work collaboratively with other executive team members to achieve our business goals and objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives and financial goals. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to maximize profitability and growth. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion through new business initiatives, partnerships, and acquisitions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers. Provide oversight and guidance on the performance of the investment portfolio and subsidiaries, working closely with their respective CEOs to achieve higher growth and profitability. You need a potent mix of experience which covers managing the finance function of operating businesses and managing investment portfolios.
Must-Have: Degree in finance + CPA + CMA
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, business operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. Demonstrated expertise in managing finance functions of operating businesses and investment portfolios. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
You should preferably be based in Saudi currently with an established network and understanding of the market. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for the role.
