Our client: A leading Beauty Tech company is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for their growing team in Dubai, UAE.
Your role: Fostering business growth and ensuring the overall health of the Beauty and Medical Technology division. This role entails comprehensive management of trade relationships, encompassing purchase, availability, visibility, and optimizing in-store consumer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in developing sales forecasts, reporting on key metrics aligned with the business strategy, and influencing marketing, product innovation, and new product strategy within the division.
Must Haves: Graduate with preferably an MBA, 6+ years of experience in the beauty industry. Have had a progressive career and looking for something that will be about building and reshaping new portfolios. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, paired with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
