Our client: is an acclaimed entity in the consumer goods sector, currently in search of a Brand Manager to bolster their team.
Your Role: You will be responsible for managing the budget and the profitability of the brand. Responsible for launching products, managing promotions, campaign activations etc. Lead the NPD strategy. Develop policies, procedures, and reports that would help to achieve targeted objectives. Manage the advertising and media planning. Deep understanding of market segmentation, consumer demands, negotiations etc. Build and maintain relations internally and externally.
Must Haves: Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG industry. A bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field and an MBA is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, communicator, planner, negotiator, and innovator. Experience in marketing and advertising brands/products and able to read the market.
