Your role: In this position, you will assume responsibility for a designated territory, tasked with the dual objectives of building new accounts and effectively managing existing ones. Drawing upon comprehensive experience across various channels, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will encompass negotiating agreements, achieving sales targets, and executing Business Development Agreements. Collaboration with other functions within the organization will be integral, albeit indirect, as you oversee and coordinate consumer and trade activities. Additionally, a key aspect of your role involves ensuring strict adherence to the merchandising standards set forth by the accounts within your assigned territory.
Must-have: Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the FMCG industry, along with a relevant University Degree. A vital requirement is a comprehensive background in managing the intricacies of Modern Trade, General Trade, and Wholesale Channels. Candidates with a proven track record in the Saudi market will receive preference. Proficiency in various Microsoft Office Applications is essential, reflecting the need for adept use of technology in effective communication and data analysis. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate robust negotiation skills, supported by a keen analytical acumen.
