Our Client: is a leading company in the consumer durable industry, operating in the Middle East market with a strong presence in the UAE and KSA. They are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Area Sales Manager join their team to play a pivotal role in driving growth and market expansion.
The role: As the Area Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with a multifaceted role that encompasses a wide range of responsibilities critical to the company’s success. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape sales strategies, expand market presence, and foster business development within your designated territory. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales and collection targets in your designated territory. Developing and implementing innovative promotional schemes to boost sales and enhance market share. Spearheading network expansion efforts, which include opening new company showrooms and identifying new market opportunities. Evaluating multiple locations for new showroom openings and ensuring their viability. Managing a sales team, including conducting training programs, setting performance expectations, and monitoring daily activities. Nurturing a culture of excellence and fostering the growth and development of your team members. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and hospitality customers to drive business development. Identifying new opportunities within the hospitality sector and optimizing existing customer relationships. Overseeing the performance of company showrooms and taking strategic actions to enhance their effectiveness and viability. Providing regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and performance insights. Tracking and analyzing existing and new hospitality business to improve market share. Collaborating with the team to devise and implement effective strategies for market dominance.
Must-haves: A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to drive results. Relevant experience in the UAE and KSA markets is essential, as it ensures a strong understanding of the regional dynamics. A deep understanding of market dynamics, including customer preferences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a sales team to achieve outstanding results. Hindi speaker is preferred.
